Jobgether in Mexico is seeking a Head of UX/UI to own the user experience across a complex B2B SaaS platform. You will lead an established design team while remaining hands-on with high-impact product design and end-to-end ownership from research to engineering handoff.

This senior role requires a strong design leader who can define the UX/UI vision, build a scalable design system in Figma, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive adoption and engagement.

Formación

• 6+ years of UX/UI or product design in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years leading a design team in fast-paced environments.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end product design in complex workflows.
• Expert in Figma, design systems, and handoff to engineering.
• Experience designing for multiple user types and goals.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor the design team and set high standards for design quality and delivery.
• Run design critiques and provide actionable feedback.
• Own and improve the design process from scoping to handoff and measurement.
• Define future design-team structures and hiring needs.
