The RoleWe seek a Head of Treasury & Financial Operations who will report directly to the CFO and lead Influur's treasury operations and financial management. This role will focus on strategic cash flow management, banking relationships, debt financing, and working capital optimization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treasury strategies while ensuring efficient financial operations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and banking relationship management.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize working capital by effectively managing cash conversion cycles.
• Build relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive financing solutions.
• Lead the development of cash flow projections to identify funding needs and capital requirements.
• Design and implement efficient treasury systems and controls.
• Manage the accounts receivable function, implementing effective collection strategies.
• Oversee working capital optimization initiatives and provide regular analysis of key metrics.

Desired Background

• 7+ years of experience in treasury, banking, or financial operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required (both written and spoken).
• Strong experience in treasury management and banking relationships.
• Proven track record in cash flow management and forecasting.
• Knowledge of financial systems and business intelligence tools.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Administration, or related fields. MBA and CFA are a plus.
