Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a General Management and Strategy professional in Aguascalientes to lead plant controlling and budgeting. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage fixed assets, and coordinate cross-functional projects with global teams.

Responsibilities include standard cost control, investment analysis, and monthly close support. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and experience with SAP systems are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum university degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years in finance and controlling with leadership experience.
• Cross-functional exposure across production, supply chain, quality, or CBS.
• Proficiency in English and strong cost and financial accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all controlling activities for the plant.
• Translate plant controlling strategy into action plans and ensure implementation.
• Contribute to strategic and operative planning including investments, capacity and headcount.
• Ensure achievement of controlling targets per internal and external expectations.
• Lead investments for controlling equipment and training materials.
• Interface with sector/BA functions to gather requirements and feedback.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and lead employee dialogues and coaching.
• Responsible for fixed assets analysis and inventory counts.
• Review standard cost calculations for new products and annual updates.
