Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology sales manager with a proven track record in B2B sales, leadership, and cross-regional selling. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, exceptional sales expertise in technology and SaaS, and the ability to manage and mentor a team. This role requires a consultative selling approach, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and experience in US/Mexico‑LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell software and technology to hospitality businesses using a consultative approach. Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, and handle contracts and pricing discussions effectively.
  • Set sales goals, plan outreach strategies, and measure team performance to achieve targets.
  • Industry & Regional Expertise: PMS, Channel Managers) and US/ LATAM market to navigate cultural differences, procurement processes, and decision‑making structures.
  • Product & Technical Skills: Master Dharma’s product offerings, conduct compelling demos, and utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to drive sales.
  • Cross‑Cultural Communication: Build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, confidently present value propositions, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales (preferred if experience is in hospitality tech sales).
  • Strong understanding of hospitality technology, including PMS, Channel Managers, and Booking Engines.
  • Demonstrated success in cross‑regional sales, particularly in US and Mexico markets.
