We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to lead and scale our revenue operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and executing the go-to-market strategy, owning the full sales funnel, and directly managing and growing a high-performing sales team. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive growth and market adoption of our contract intelligence solutions.This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and wants to shape the future of an innovative B2B SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Define and execute a scalable GTM strategy across outbound, inbound, and partner channels.
- Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead the sales team, including SDRs, AEs, and future sales hires.
- Sales Operations: Own the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and optimize processes to improve conversion rates and shorten cycles.
- Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise prospects, navigating complex sales cycles and closing high-impact deals.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to align messaging, gather customer insights, and ensure product-market fit.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards using HubSpot and other tools.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market segments, verticals, and opportunities for growth.
- Enablement & Playbooks: Create sales playbooks, training programs, and onboarding paths to ensure team readiness and consistent messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in startup or growth-stage environments.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing complex sales cycles with legal, compliance, or procurement stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and pipeline development.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (advanced proficiency required).
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and high comfort with ambiguity.
- Passion for innovation and excitement about transforming the legal tech industry.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in legal tech, contract management, or B2B SaaS with a technical product.
- Background in both individual contributor and leadership sales roles. Familiarity with early-stage startup dynamics and rapid experimentation.
