A leading real estate investment firm is seeking a Head of Real Estate Market Intelligence in Mexico City. The role involves developing business intelligence tools, creating impactful reports, and managing data integrity. Ideal candidates should have 5–7 years of experience in analytics, strong SQL skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Formación

• Lead the development of the fund's proprietary Market Intelligence Tool.

• Conduct and support on-the-ground market visits.

HEAD OF REAL ESTATE MARKET INTELLIGENCE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or financial/real estate analytics.
• Proven expertise in business intelligence tools (or similar tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
• Strong skills in database management (SQL, Python, or similar).
• Experience transforming data into clear, accurate, and visually impactful reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Nice to have - Understanding of real estate markets (preferably industrial/logistics and hospitality) and investment processes

Responsibilities

• Report Building: Design and build quarterly and ad-hoc reports for primary industrial markets to help inform decisions the investment and executive teams
• Business Intelligence Development: Lead the development of the fund’s proprietary Market Intelligence Tool, continuously improving its scope, functionality, and scalability
• Business Intelligence Development: Collaborate tightly with the Heads of Industrial and Hospitality Platforms, CIO and Investments team to design and develop dashboards that informs decision making through data and insights
• Database Management: Organize, structure, and maintain the fund’s internal and external databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility
• Market Visits: Conduct and support on-the-ground market visits to validate data, gather qualitative insights, and incorporate findings into the intelligence tool
• Collaboration: Work closely with the with the Heads of Industrial and Hospitality Platforms, CIO and Investments team to integrate intelligence outputs into investment strategy and portfolio management
• Collaboration: Adhere to a continuous improvement working model (i.e., sprints)
• Collaboration: Manage relation with local intelligence providers.
