Your Tasks
Job Objective

Implement and monitor the Quality Management System and related processes (e.g., Technical Cleanliness, ESD) in compliance with norms, certification standards, and customer requirements, in collaboration with the quality network.

Plan, lead, monitor, and support audits such as system and process audits according to relevant criteria and customer expectations.

Quality System Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare internal, customer, and external system audits.
  • Conduct process or system audits, coordinating with relevant internal and external entities.
  • Support internal auditors within the global HELLA network.
  • Create and maintain local process documentation for the Quality Management System in coordination with process owners (PLD/PDE).
  • Ensure the application of new methods and processes, and promote ongoing training and qualification in the work area.
  • Prepare reports and documentation, keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with central quality departments to further develop the Quality Management System and support its implementation within the division.
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Assign employees based on their qualifications within the relevant structure.
  • Guide and motivate team members to achieve targets.
  • Maintain team performance, evaluate progress, and support qualification needs.
Your Qualifications
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems
  • Knowledge of non-conformity management
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of FES
  • Understanding of productive lighting processes
Soft Skills
  • Leadership abilities to manage teams, drive change, and implement strategies
