POWER brings US fertility clinical and laboratory programs into Mexico and provides one-stop clinic services of reproductive medicine, including IVF, egg freezing, egg bank, sperm bank, and surrogacy services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Nursing, located in Mexico City, Mexico. The Head of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of care in line with best practices. Daily tasks include fertility center operation, IVF operation room management, physician and patient scheduling, and management of nurse and patient processes. This role involves close collaboration with medical staff and administrative personnel to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
