What to expect

Your main responsibilities include managing a growing LATAM market. Inclusive of this is striving to hit quarterly sales targets across the region, while negotiating and managing country-specific deals and relationships to support domestic growth of revenue attainment. You will be responsible for managing your own book of business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed annual, quarterly, and/or monthly sales targets, directly contributing to Broadsign's continued growth.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with senior-level contacts at agencies and advertisers within domestic markets.
  • Innovate and Close Deals: Develop and propose innovative deal structures and contracts that secure long-term business partnerships for Broadsign.
  • Champion Our Solutions: Educate and effectively pitch Broadsign's cutting-edge suite of programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (pDOOH) products to prospective clients.
  • Represent Broadsign: Attend industry events as a brand ambassador, generating new leads and enhancing Broadsign's presence and reputation.
What you need to perform in this job
  • Ideally, 10+ years enterprise-level Sales experience in the media world; you understand agencies and what advertisers care about.
  • A solid understanding of the digital programmatic world and/or the digital out-of-home programmatic ecosystem.
  • Interest in engaging with new buyers by introducing them to the benefits of programmatic DOOH and the innovative advertising opportunities via the Broadsign platforms.
  • Excellent presentation skills - you know how to craft a pitch.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Great communication and collaborative approach with teammates.
  • While this is primarily a remote role, our expectations are that best efforts are made to conduct in-person client meetings whenever possible.
