Job summary

Signify is seeking an Internal Control Professional in Monterrey, Mexico to lead Mexico-wide compliance and governance, demanding clear ownership, remediation, evidence quality, and timely closure of issues.

You will translate compliance requirements into practical local guidance and training, promote accountability, and coordinate risk reviews across key functions and sites, strengthening controls over commercial activities and IMMEX.

Qualifications

• Bacheloress degree in marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in compliance, internal controls, audit, finance, risk management, trade compliance, or a related governance role.
• Experience with Mexico regulatory, customs, trade, or IMMEX-related compliance is strongly preferred.
• High integrity and ability to escalate sensitive or unresolved issues.
• Strong governance mindset with the ability to lead, coordinate, challenge, and enable accountable owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mexico-wide compliance and control governance.
• Translate compliance requirements into practical local guidance and training.
• Coordinate risk reviews across key functions and sites.
• Partner with Mexico leadership, sites, and key functional teams.
• Report key risks, control gaps, and remediation progress.
• Apply lessons learned and replicate effective controls across Mexico.
