Job summary

Citigroup seeks a Digital Experience Manager to lead digital investment features within the Wealth app, guiding cross-functional squads (tech, UX/UI, business) to deliver investment functionalities with user-centric, simple experiences.

The role oversees end-to-end product delivery, ensures alignment with UX, technology, and business goals, and emphasizes compliant, high-quality communication across customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Experience directing creative agencies for control development and an understanding of the creative agency process.
• Demonstrate understanding of data usage and how data can drive creative execution.
• Knowledge and experience with working along multiple layers of creative reviews and approvals involved in executing marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute marketing creatives and manage multi-channel creative execution across partners.
• Ensure creatives are executed with efficiency, control and quality.
• Partner with Marketing to understand and execute the creative strategy.
• Provide an executional voice to the strategy to ensure consistency in design for rollout opportunities.
• Coordinate with production team, marketing partners and vendors to facilitate copy reviews and approvals.
• Collaborate with Legal to finalize creative setup and specifications.
• Deliver communications to customers in the most effective way.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and activities in program execution.
• Develop partnerships with channel owners to align execution, control and message quality.
