Solera in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Manager, Collections and Cash Applications to lead and optimize the collections and cash applications functions. You will drive strategic initiatives, standardize processes across acquisitions, and partner with IT to upgrade systems for efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years in collections and cash applications, with 3+ years in leadership, and a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Automotive/tech exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in collections and cash applications with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and data-driven decision abilities.
• Experience in automotive or technology sectors is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the collections and cash applications team to high performance.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with financial goals.
• Standardize processes across acquisitions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and finance for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance; report insights to senior management.
• Identify credit and collections risks and develop mitigation strategies.
