Job summary

North American Production Sharing, Inc. is seeking a Support Engineer in Tijuana to contribute to product improvement and sustain development life cycle stages. You will work with engineers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues, while growing in the engineering space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related work experience in support engineering or engineering field.
• Experience in digital HW, SW and/or analog RF troubleshooting and debugging is preferred.
• Leadership experience or exposure to senior leadership interactions is valued.

Responsibilities

• Performs organizational, low-level debug, development, and test support tasks; modifies electronic parts, software, systems or circuitry.
• Provides layout and design support for engineers and recommendations for small projects.
• Installs, upgrades, configures, and operates company products and/or components; monitors performance and analyzes failures.
• Gathers data from multiple sources to understand specifications and execute tasks.
• Collaborates across teams to complete project work and meet deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of Support Engineering or related work experience

Associate's degree and 2+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience

High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field

Certification in Electronics or related area

Military experience or training in electronics field (Rank E5+ 1 year)
