What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop requirement definition aligned with the customers.

  • Verification, characterization and documentation wrt procedures and standards & Responsible for managing time estimation of design activities.

  • Provide Hardware support for any new development and improving the existing/upcoming designs.

  • Optimizing EMC measurements and duration tests.

  • Draft schematic and layout in an accurate way.

  • Monitoring and maintaining the safety, quality of products and writing tests and development documentation.

  • Design, develop and document specifications throughout the project life cycle.

What We're Looking For

Experience / Education

  • Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree.

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related degree.

  • Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.

  • Deep knowledge of power conversion topologies ( DC-DC, AC-DC , and DC-AC ).

  • K nowledge of critical parameters when selecting a MOSFET , IGBT, Diodes and thyristors.

  • Certification IPC, Battery Management.

  • Experience with Power Design (DC Converter).

  • Experience with high power electrification.

Work Arrangement :

• Hybrid: 3days in office/2days work from home
