The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, and monitoring material flow, with a focus on continuous improvement, effective communication, and data-driven decision making to support on-time delivery and operational excellence.

Formación

• University Degree or international equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• This role is based at Tijuana with no regular travel.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety, quality and productivity standards are met while on the production floor.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor movement of material through the production cycle.
• Lead and develop a diverse team through coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects and lead HPT meetings.
• Escalate production issues to leadership to maintain flow.
• Oversee inventory and data entry related tasks.
