Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Collections Specialist in Mexico to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will assist in resolving vendor and customer inquiries related to collections and payments, allocate expenses, support monthly close for accounts receivable, collaborate cross-functionally, and monitor collections performance metrics.

Formación

• Experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable management.
• Strong knowledge of collections processes and financial reconciliation.
• Proficiency in managing vendor accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in resolving vendor and customer inquiries related to collections and payments.
• Allocate expenses and support monthly close activities related to accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer disputes and escalations.
• Monitor collections performance metrics and provide reports to management.
