Formación

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Agronomy is preferred.
  • Experience in telephone customer service is a plus.

Overview

Primary responsibilities include designing irrigation systems and providing customer support in resolving property design or product technical issues over the telephone during our high season.

Responsibilities
  1. Using CAD and other software, design irrigation systems in compliance with local, state, or regional codes.
  2. Evaluate customer design requests for irrigation requirements and design intent.
  3. Analyze and resolve irrigation design problems creatively, accurately, and efficiently.
  4. Create irrigation system designs with minimal assistance.
  5. Perform routine general administrative tasks like reporting and recording design-related information, including data entry in the customer database. May assist in general tasks within the RBTS group.
  6. Assist with identifying areas of need and proposing appropriate solutions.
  7. Meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives, and regulations.
Qualifications

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. BA/BS Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Agronomy, or similar education.
  2. Telephone customer service experience.
