The Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating flexible packaging project developments, from multi-layer films to spouted pouches. They will ensure efficient project management, meeting deadlines, quality standards, and budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and quickly learning technical topics related to the flexible packaging industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee flexible packaging projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Manage raw material definition, process parameters, supply chain, costing, documentation, testing, validation, and industrial scaling.
  2. Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams across markets and divisions, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Maintain relationships with other plants to share best practices and transfer know-how.
  3. Customer Relations: Communicate with customers to understand needs, participate in meetings and material trials, support development and validation, and present project progress.
  4. Technical Development and Continuous Improvement: Quickly learn about flexible packaging processes, propose process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards in collaboration with relevant teams.

Quality Control:

Collaborate with quality assurance to analyze product applications, client needs, testing, and processes to develop a quality control plan aligned with standards.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Chemical, Industrial, or related engineering (preferable).
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing industry experience, preferably in flexible packaging.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn about flexible packaging processes.
  • Experience in project management, team coordination, and client management.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with negotiation abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and quick decision-making.
  • Ability to interpret technical concepts and regulations (preferred).
