Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst enables Adenza’s Global Sales leadership to make timely and sound decisions... Reporting to the Sales Operations Leader, the Sales Operations Analyst also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent and accurate Software licenses and Services schedules, using the latest approved forms, and catalog
- Support the process of Software license and Services contracts management by tracking all document flows in the Contract Document management life cycle and ensuring compliance with the Company’s Approval Matrix. This profile requires good document editing, reviewing, and processing skills as the document processed by the Sales Ops team are Contractual documents with no scope for errors
- Ensure that every proposal and pricing get reviewed and approved by the appropriate stakeholders
- Support improvement of business processes, systems, and quality checks (toll gates) to enable the fast, consistent, and accurate execution of the sales process
- Orchestrate cross-functional business units (Sales/Marketing/Support/Finance/Sales Operations) to achieve overall delivery against the agreed-upon timeline and objectives
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Ensure all sales opportunities are correctly assigned to the appropriate stage in the pipeline to improve the accuracy of forecasting
- Manage reporting processes using accurate and complete sales data. The analysis includes scheduled reporting, ad-hoc reporting, and developing actionable insights
- Support reporting to other stakeholders in the organization including R&D - Product Management, R&D Engineering, Accounting, Professional Services, and Legal
- Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization
Skills And Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a Sales Operations role.
- 4+ years of overall experience
- Good understanding of the Overall Sales Cycle, Opportunity Management in SFDC
- Strong skills in using Excel + SFDC for reporting purposes
- Experience in BI Apps, Einstein Dashboards, and Tableau would be an added advantage
- Global experience in Sales or Sales Operations or PMO roles (EMEA, APAC, AMERICAS) is desirable
- Software/technology company experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a must. A Master’s degree is desirable
