As a Product and Growth Marketing Sr Analyst, you will be:
Developing and executing marketing-focused low-funnel campaigns to increase demand
Maximizing user value creation, enhancing brand positioning, and optimizing user perception and performance with a comprehensive user lifecycle management.
Develop and execute in app marketing campaigns to promote new and existing features.
Developing Dashboard & Reporting:
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track key metrics and campaign performance.
Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Generating relevant data analysis for decision-making in the Marketing team: insights to design and iterate DiDi's actions and value proposition.
Developing and managing a content calendar to coordinate marketing in app communications.
Working cross-functionally with product, operations and design teams to optimize user engagement and retention.
Managing stakeholders, including both internal and external agencies and teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience gained in marketing, consulting or related are
Strong stakeholder management and leadership influencing teams.
Knowledge in branding and go to marketing strategies.
Fast learner; ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a matrixed organization / fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in Brand and business KPIs analysis
Be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.
Fluent in English.
