About The Role
Lead the full-funnel acquisition and growth strategy for albo and its product ecosystem by integrating paid media, owned channels, data, and product. The goal is to maximize efficient acquisition, user activation, conversion, and retention with a constant focus on performance optimization and uncovering new growth opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing At Albo
- Own and lead end-to-end growth marketing strategy, coordinating paid media, CRM, and analytics efforts.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities across the entire user journey: acquisition, activation, conversion, and reactivation.
- Manage and guide the Paid Media Specialist and Owned Media Specialist, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Consolidate dashboards, performance reports, and weekly insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Design and prioritize growth experiments (new channels, formats, journeys, and segmentations).
- Define targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and attribution models.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with BI, Product, and Brand teams to drive measurable results.
- Implement and scale best practices in media buying, automation, and A/B testing.
- Actively contribute to monthly planning and quarterly OKRs, budget allocation, and campaign roadmap.
About You And What Type Of Skills You'll Need
- 3–6 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, or Performance roles.
- Proven expertise in paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Programmatic).
- Strong command of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Clevertap, Braze).
- Experience working with data & BI teams to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and dashboard tools (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio).
- Deep understanding of unit economics, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis.
- Analytical mindset and results-driven thinking with a strategic approach.
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate across functions, and prioritize initiatives aligned to business impact.
- Hands-on: We’re looking for a comfortable and willing leader to be a hands-on contributor who is energized by rolling up their sleeves, making things happen, and enabling the team to do the same.
