Formación

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented B2B marketing professional to join our team as a Growth Marketing Specialist - NOLA. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing presence and strategy in Mexico and other countries within the region, aligning with global and local business objectives to fuel growth in the region.

As the Growth Marketing Specialist - NOLA, you will design and execute marketing strategies to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and support regional growth objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and hands-on environment.

Your mission?

To drive Yalo’s growth in the NOLA region by implementing effective marketing strategies that generate demand, build brand awareness, and support the sales and customer success teams in achieving business objectives. This role is key to ensuring Yalo’s brand is well-positioned in Mexico and to expanding our market reach.

What are the responsibilities for this role?

  • Local Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the marketing strategy for NOLA (primarily Mexico), aligned with global marketing objectives and local business goals.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute local events to drive demand generation and increase brand awareness.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead the ABM strategy for key accounts in the region.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM): Support GTM strategies for new territories, renewals, and expansions.
  • Brand Positioning: Ensure Yalo’s brand is well-positioned in the local market by tailoring messaging and tactics to regional needs.
  • Public Relations: Manage local PR and media strategies to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams (Growth in other regions, Product Marketing, Content) to ensure alignment across global and local initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for Mexico, ensuring efficient allocation and positive ROI.
  • Product Launches: Support local implementation of new products and coordinate regional launches.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and the unique dynamics of the Mexican market.
  • Content Contribution: Collaborate on creating and localizing relevant content for the region.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing, ideally in field marketing or growth marketing roles.
  • Strategic Skills: Ability to design marketing strategies aligned with global and local business objectives.
  • Execution Expertise: Proven experience in planning and executing events, ABM strategies, and awareness campaigns.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Mexican market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of tech products and the ability to communicate their value to B2B audiences.
  • Design Skills: Basic knowledge of content and event design.
  • Energy and Proactivity: Positive, results-driven attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges.
  • Location: Must reside in Mexico, preferably in Mexico City.
