British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Growth Management Analyst in Monterrey

Work as a business partner for the US Growth Management Team by providing commercial insights. This role is an enabler to help the end market deliver the information required to deliver growth activities.

The role will help support the RAI Growth strategies by leveraging big data and advanced analytics. The role involves developing performance tools and models to deliver the business requirements as well as new opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ability to synthesis large amounts of information to generate observations.
• Develop data analysis with a high level of accuracy.
• Filter and clean data in such a way to provide uniformity and standardization across different informational sets.
• Understanding of programming tools is preferred (Python, R, Alteryx, Knime, Dataiku).
• Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) is desired.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MicroStrategy, and the ability to quickly learn and use cloud-based third-party applications.
• Excellent English written, oral and presentation communication skills.
• Candidate must have a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Candidate is well organized and able to effectively manage deadlines.
• Candidate has strong leadership skills and works well in team-oriented activities.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree required, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional experience, 1+ years in data analytics, revenue management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning with emphasis on Tobacco industry or FMCGs is desirable.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge and experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing data.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time management skills with an ability to adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to communicate complex information in a consolidated and straightforward way.
• Must be able to manage confidential information.
