We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can elevate our brand’s visual storytelling across multiple formats and channels. You’ll be the go-to creative mind behind everything from web and social media graphics to print materials, ads, and swag. We need someone with an eye for detail, a strong sense of design, and the versatility to work across digital and print.

Responsibilities:

  • Web and Content Design: Design compelling visuals for our website, blog, and content assets to enhance user experience and communicate our brand story.
  • Social Media & Ad Creatives: Create eye-catching graphics for social media channels and digital ads to drive engagement and brand recognition.
  • Print & Swag: Design print materials and branded swag that leave a lasting impression—from event posters to team merchandise.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals are aligned with Talkpush’s brand identity, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing, Product, and Content teams to bring campaigns to life, brainstorm new concepts, and push creative boundaries.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years as a Graphic Designer, ideally focusing on tech or B2B brands.
  • Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. Experience with both digital and print design.
  • Creative Mindset: A knack for innovative, fresh ideas and the ability to adapt designs for different formats and audiences.
  • Languages: English proficiency - Native Spanish speaker.
  • Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to collaborate with a team across multiple time zones within LATAM and beyond.
