The role involves preparing policy briefs, organizing forums, representing the company in external meetings, and ensuring the organization's interests are protected in legislation; requires law degree and SAT/Tax experience, strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Must have a law degree and current license to practice law.
• Experience in transport and logistics is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years in public affairs with SAT/Tax experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a resource on regulatory matters regarding product and policy changes.
• Prepare policy briefs, reports, and presentations.
• Organize forums and stakeholder gatherings to discuss business activities and potential legislation.
• Represent the organization in external regulatory proceedings and market rule development.
• Maintain databases and track regulatory changes.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff as needed.
