Location: Monterrey, Mexico

Work Schedule:

This position is full time and hybrid Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Data Specialist working within Redwood Logistics (our parent company), is set to become a key member of the Digital Marketing team, partnering with the RevOps team, to play a vital role in propelling the company's ongoing success. Tasked with collecting, analyzing, and deciphering data from various sources, this specialist will deliver crucial insights and suggestions that shape our go-to-market strategy and improve overall business results.

In this role, you're presented with an exciting chance to advance your career in digital marketing within a dynamic organization. By influencing Redwood's market approach through your research and findings, you'll significantly impact strategic choices across the entire customer journey.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Assist with daily Salesforce administration tasks, including system customization, and data cleanup to ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM data and overall user experience.
  • Contribute to the daily upkeep and administration of Salesforce by focusing on the fine-tuning of fields, objects, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
  • Create and continuously improve reports in Salesforce and Tableau to support data-driven decision making across all channels.
  • Collect and analyze data related to prospect lists, cross-sell lists, competitor lists, marketing campaigns, customer behavior, digital intent, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and insights that can inform sales and marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure data alignment and to support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies in data analysis, sales intelligence, and marketing technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption and implementation.

You’ve Got This?

  • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
  • Growth mindset??
  • 1-3 years of in data analysis, preferably with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced experience in Excel
  • Some knowledge of SQL (Tableau experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-through abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field?
