Globalli is seeking a Product Manager to own treasury for our HCM platform, driving the full product lifecycle for money movement across currencies, banking partners, and borders. You’ll work across engineering, finance, compliance, and go-to-market to ensure accurate payroll and compliant flows.

This role requires ownership of planning and execution for billing, invoicing, and payment applications, with a focus on risk and regulatory alignment.

Formación

• 3-5 years of product management experience in tech or SaaS.
• Track record of owning the product lifecycle and shipping B2B solutions, ideally in payments, treasury, or money movement.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, finance, and compliance teams.
• Comfort turning complex regulatory needs into clear technical requirements.
• Experience in Agile environments with sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Customer-first mindset balanced with strategic thinking and execution.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.

Responsabilidades

• Drive discovery, market research, and roadmap development across treasury and funds-flow lifecycle.
• Own product experience for billing, invoicing, and payment application with finance operations.
• Translate strategy into actionable requirements and user stories for engineering.
• Own documentation with focus on compliance and risk implications.
• Ensure releases align with customer needs and company goals while maintaining controls.
• Turn stakeholder and customer feedback into prioritization decisions.
• Coordinate between engineering and business to keep treasury features aligned with market needs.
