Job summary

Nemak is seeking a Global Treasury Manager to oversee cash management operations, intercompany funding, and financing transactions with banks and capital markets across our global footprint. You will lead cash forecasting, manage debt portfolios, negotiate terms with banks, and coordinate treasury activities with plants and regional teams to optimize liquidity and financial compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required.
MBA or related master's degree is preferred.
8+ years of Finance experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industries.
6+ years of Treasury Global / Corporate functions experience.
5+ years of bank relations experience.

Responsibilities

Lead financing transactions with banks and capital markets to secure funding.
Negotiate terms and conditions of financing agreements to benefit the company.
Monitor and manage the debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with covenants.
Oversee cash management operations and optimize liquidity and forecasting.
Coordinate intercompany funding and financial transactions across regions.
Develop policies for intercompany transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with plants and operations to align treasury processes globally.
Evaluate hedging strategies and manage regional leasing agreements.
Develop and manage supply chain financing and factoring programs.
