Job summary

GE Vernova Mexico is seeking a Lead Treasury Specialist to act as the SME for global bank account lifecycle management. You will drive strategic banking execution, due diligence, and governance to keep our banking infrastructure scalable, compliant, and cost-effective.

In this role, you will partner with Legal, Tax, Compliance and Banking Partners to align on complex account decisions, lead process transformations, and deliver data-driven insights through KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

7+ years in Treasury, Banking Strategy, or financial operations.
Knowledge of bank account governance and KYC/AML frameworks.
Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration.
Lean/Kaizen process improvement experience.
Proficiency in data visualization and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Strategic Banking Execution: Lead the evolution of the global banking footprint and assess business needs for optimal account structures.
End-to-End Due Diligence: Own vetting and documentation lifecycle; validate strategic necessity and cost-efficiency for new requests.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary interface between Treasury and Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Banking Partners.
Risk Governance & Controls: Ensure DOA and SOD compliance; maintain regulatory and enterprise policy standards.
Governance & Control Oversight: Maintain KYC/AML standards and signatory management across the enterprise.
Transformation & Performance: Apply Lean methodologies; use KPIs and dashboards to track performance and risks.
