Qualifications

• 7+ years in Treasury, banking strategy, or financial operations.
• Deep knowledge of bank account governance, KYC/AML, and full due-diligence lifecycle.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive Lean improvements.
• Proficient in data visualization and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategically evolve the global banking footprint and assess business needs for account structures.
• Own due diligence lifecycle and validate strategic necessity and cost-efficiency.
• Serve as primary interface with Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Banking partners.
• Ensure governance via DOA/SOD and regulatory, audit, and policy standards.
• Maintain DOA and SOD, and ensure compliance with global KYC/AML.
• Apply Lean to redesign processes and provide KPI dashboards for risk & efficiency.
