Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of corporate travel experience.
• 4+ years of travel planning experience.
• Good level of English.

Aufgaben

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, and related services.
• Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze processes to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of visa, passport rules, and travel regulations.
• Lead visa strategy and coordinate housing and relocation when needed.
• Document and update processes, proposing improvements.
