Position Overview

This individual reports to the Director of Global Trade Solutions (“GTS”) and supports all aspects of client-specific global trade and partner management. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and be comfortable engaging with clients.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as a client-facing point of contact for GTS program management, working directly with assigned clients to identify emerging needs, address concerns, and align on operational improvements.
  2. Organize and structure client program deliverables by maintaining individual client project trackers.
  3. Support the management of individual client post-entry programs.
  4. Assist in managing the global network of service providers to ensure service capabilities meet client needs.
  5. Assist with the procurement of new in-country service partners.
  6. Conduct research on import and export regulations, including compliance issues related to new and updated products.
  7. Develop and maintain Country Guidance documents to keep shipping document requirements and regulatory compliance information current.
  8. Qualify trade partners during the sourcing process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customs or international trade compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
