Livingston International in Mexico City (CDMX Santa Fe) is seeking a Research Consultant to support the Trade Management Consulting group. You will perform complex data analysis, classify documents, and research regulatory changes to support client projects and improve service delivery.

You will work closely with project teams, manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

5 years of related experience.
Associates Degree or post-secondary education required.
Excellent knowledge of Trade and Customs Regulations.
Strong analytical and attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access.

Responsabilités

Perform complex data analysis and interpretation of information received from clients/consultants.
Monitor and manage the level of service to meet customer expectations.
Validate country-specific import/export documentation.
Provide technical expertise in customs regulation on projects.
Prioritize and complete work according to project demands and regulatory requirements.
Manage small projects or portions thereof and act as lead in absence of a project manager.
Coordinate with team members and handle project meetings and tasks.
Assist Project Manager in coordinating setup of new clients.
Review regulatory changes and identify impact to client base and projects.
