Motion Industries is seeking an Import Export Supervisor in Monterrey to manage all import/export operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient movement of goods. The role coordinates with internal teams and external partners to optimize delivery timelines and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience, fluent English, and strong knowledge of Mexican customs, HTS codes, and IMMEX regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of freight and commodity indices.
• Knowledge of HTS codes and customs requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for duties.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement import/export strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage import/export documentation including customs declarations and bills of lading.
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Maintain relationships with customs officials and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee procurement for a family of parts including PO management and invoicing issues.
• Ensure compliance with IMMEX program and Mexican regulations.
• Coordinate with USA corporate functions (Trade Compliance, IT, etc.).
