Sterling Kohler in Juárez, Nuevo León, is seeking an Import & Export Operations Analyst to support daily international logistics. Onsite role focused on ensuring material availability, regulatory compliance and smooth flow of goods across borders.

You will coordinate with customs brokers, carriers and internal teams, review pedimentos and documents, maintain Certificates of Origin, and generate operation reports related to imports and exports.

Formación

• 3+ years in Import & Export Operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Customs documentation (Pedimentos), IMMEX program, Certificates of Origin.
• Experience coordinating with Customs Brokers, Carriers and Logistics Providers.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor maritime import shipments (FCL/LCL) and track ETA updates and issues.
• Coordinate daily import operations with Customs Brokers, Carriers and internal teams.
• Review import docs and pedimento validations for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify discrepancies between customs documents and invoices.
• Maintain Certificates of Origin and supporting documentation.
• Support export operations and shipment coordination activities.
• Generate and update reports on imports, exports, and customs activities.
• Communicate shipment status with carriers, brokers and stakeholders.
• Participate in inventory, audit and compliance activities.
