A leading global water technology company is seeking a Logistics & Trade Compliance Coordinator to support import/export operations and ensure compliance with international regulations. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in trade compliance. Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and supporting compliance programs. Strong knowledge of Mexican customs regulations and logistics operations is required. Conversational English is necessary for collaboration with international stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to addressing critical water challenges globally.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in import/export operations and trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican customs regulations.
• Experience with IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT certification, and Annex 24.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily import and export operations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican customs regulations and international trade requirements.
• Work closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment clearance.
• Manage and maintain foreign trade documentation.
• Support compliance programs such as IMMEX, PROSEC, and VAT certification.
• Maintain Annex 24 records and related reporting.
• Track and coordinate international shipments and logistics activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, planning, warehouse, and production.
