Corning is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist in Reynosa to monitor international trade regulations and ensure EAR/ITAR compliance. You will prepare import/export documentation, classify products, and liaise with customs brokers and internal teams.

Required is a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of experience, with familiarity of MEX/US regulations and IMMEX operations. This is an on-site role in Reynosa.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Trade Compliance and Customs.
• Experience with MEX and US export/import regulations.
• Experience with IMMEX manufacturing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and interpret international trade regulations, including export/import laws, tariffs, and sanctions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for import/export activities.
• Ensure accurate classification of products (MEX).
• File export/import declarations and licenses with government agencies.
• Identify non-compliance and develop trade compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with legal, logistics, procurement, and finance to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
