Corning Incorporated is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to international trade laws across import/export activities. You will monitor regulatory changes, prepare documentation, conduct internal audits, and guide internal stakeholders on compliance matters, supporting risk mitigation across the business.

Based in Apodaca, the role offers growth in a manufacturing environment with a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement and compliant, efficient operations.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in Trade Compliance and Customs.
• Experience with MX and U.S. export/import regulations and international trade laws.
• Experience with Annex 30 and Annex 24.
• Knowledge of VAT, OEA and CTPAT.
• Experience in USMCA and duty mitigation.
• Experience in managing an IMMEX.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (EAR, ITAR, OFAC, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain documentation for import/export operations.
• Ensure accurate product classification and manage declarations and licenses.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assess trade compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

What is your role?

As a Trade Compliance Specialist willbe responsible forensuring that the companycomplies withall applicable international trade laws and regulations.
