Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Import & Export Analyst for the Cuautitlán, Mexico site. You will manage temporary inventory, ensure compliance with Mexican customs, and maintain data integrity across trade processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in International Trade, strong English, and advanced Excel skills, with experience in ERP transactions and Annex 24/30. You will conduct audits, monitor IMMEX obligations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in international trade and strong English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Excel audit formulas.
• Experience with ERP transactions and trade compliance processes.
• Knowledge of Annex 30 and Annex 24 (TSMX) regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage temporary inventory and ensure compliance with Mexican customs.
• Maintain data integrity of trade compliance processes and Excel-based audits.
• Perform audits of Annex 24 interfaces and reconcile with ERP systems.
• Monitor import/export activities and ensure IMMEX program compliance.
• Collaborate with SCM and other departments to validate material data.
