Eaton Corporation in Mexico seeks a GTM Analyst (temporary) to manage and assure compliance with national and international customs laws. You will liaise with the GTM Country Manager, VAT and GTM teams, and Centers of Excellence.

Responsibilities include supporting GTM policies, submitting mandatory reports to customs authorities (Annex 30, INEGI, Submaquila), maintaining the customs inventory system, and mitigating risks to avoid fines while supporting KPI achievement.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor degree in Logistics, similar
• 3-5 years of experience in GTM, Logistics
• Extensive knowledge of customs and foreign trade laws, VAT certification, IMMEX.

Responsabilidades

• Manage GTM policies, procedures and initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Submit reports to customs authorities (Monthly Report of Annex 30, INEGI Reports, Submaquila Reports).
• Ensure accurate information is entered and maintained in the customs inventory system.
• Detect, mitigate and eliminate customs risks to avoid fines and penalties.
• Support GTM operations with questions, procedures and process implementations.
• Close findings of GTM bi-monthly customs audits.
