Xylem is hiring a Trade Compliance Senior Analyst in Guadalupe, Nuevo León to support strategic trade initiatives and drive cost savings, risk reduction, and efficiency across the enterprise. The role emphasizes analytics, reporting, and governance, collaborating with regional teams to standardize processes and strengthen compliance oversight.

Strong English communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, data management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of global trade compliance experience, with NA region focus.
• Understanding of customs regulatory framework, tariffs, and audit procedures.
• Ability to identify best practices from other organizations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve global import compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Interface between corporate trade compliance and business units to ensure alignment.
• Provide guidance on import regulations to stakeholders across the organization.
