Descripción de la vacante

Fronius are globally renowned for their high-quality and innovative products in welding and solar and energy. Based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, we seek an experienced Technical Support International Solar & Energy to join Fronius México.

You will work with international colleagues to resolve customers' technical issues, support electrical installers and Fronius partners by phone and email in English, and analyze PV systems, energy storage and EV chargers.

Formación

Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Fluent English language skills and good IT skills (MS Office).

Responsabilidades

Resolve international customers' technical issues by phone and email in English.
Support electrical installers and Fronius partners; analyze PV systems, energy storage and EV chargers.
Represent Fronius at international trade fairs and provide competent support for existing installations and new projects.
