Job summary

Fronius México is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. You will manage collections, ensure invoices are uploaded to portals, and resolve outstanding issues while supporting the finance team with ERP deposits and client statements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio recovery on time.
• Verify invoices uploaded to customer portals and compliant with customer requirements.
• Track and resolve outstanding collection issues.
• Collaborate with finance to identify and apply deposits in ERP.
• Send account statements to clients promptly.
• Prepare and follow up on credit applications with insurers.
• Generate payment complements and ensure proper receipt and processing.
• Prepare periodic reports and support accounting activities.

We're looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Accounts Receivable Analyst, based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure portfolio recovery on time.
• Verify that invoices have been uploaded to customer portals and comply with customer requirements.
• Track and resolve outstanding collection issues.
• Collaborate with the finance team in the identification and application of deposits in the ERP system.
• Send account statements and ensure clients receive them in a timely manner.
• Prepare and follow up on clients' credit applications with the credit insurance company.
• Generate payment complements and complete all customer-required procedures to ensure their correct receipt and processing.
• Prepare periodic reports, statistical data, and support accounting activities as required.
