This role emphasizes passive candidate sourcing, brand advocacy, and a data-driven, transparent pipeline across LATAM and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, preferably in tech, digital or creative agency.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake call with leadership to the final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless and respectful Blacksmith standard candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent for speed.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.
