Motorola Solutions seeks a Global Supply Planner in Guadalajara to coordinate international supplier product flows and optimize material allocations for EMS partners. You will balance inventory levels and act as a bridge between Business Operations and global DCs to translate demand into build plans.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain with procurement expertise, experience with SAP/Oracle, and a data-driven mindset to improve supplier performance and cost, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain with procurement/purchasing expertise.
• Hybrid work eligibility in Guadalajara with 3 days on site.
• Experience with ERP/SCMS like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and optimize international supplier product flows.
• Analyze forecasts and manage material allocations.
• Balance inventory to support factory operations.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Ops, and DCs.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements.
