Job summary

AAK is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Lead to drive governance, coordination, and execution of the global supply chain transformation agenda. You will enable alignment across regions and functions by coordinating strategic initiatives and presenting decision-ready insights to senior leaders.

Based in Morelia, Mexico or other global locations, you will work in a matrixed environment with Commercial, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to deliver measurable business value and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, transformation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies.
• Experience with change management approaches.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Experience across regions and cultures.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Tableau or BI tools.
• Experience with SAP or SAP IBP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operating rhythm of the SCLT with agendas, governance, and action tracking.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives with milestones and ownership.
• Align global strategy with regional execution across functions and geographies.
• Coordinate the portfolio of Supply Chain transformation initiatives and monitor interdependencies.
• Develop governance frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership visibility.
• Support initiative sponsors through planning, execution, and benefits realization phases.
• Develop change management strategies for adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communications, including readiness planning and adoption measurement.
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across regions and disciplines.
• Help mature the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence through capability-building initiatives.
• Drive adoption of Supply Chain methodologies, governance practices, and digital capabilities.
