Stellantis is seeking a Supplier Quality Development Engineer to lead supplier quality initiatives for propulsion systems. The role focuses on containment, mitigation, and recovery of quality and supply issues across multiple suppliers and plants.

You will drive root cause analysis, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance strategies to extend equipment life and reduce downtime. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Engineering with 8+ years in manufacturing, and preferably Green Belt or higher

Formación

• BS or higher in Engineering.
• 8+ years in a manufacturing setting.
• Lean/six-sigma related certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead resolution of supplier-related quality and supply issues.
• Support SQEs in crisis management with onsite support.
• Collaborate with supplier, purchasing, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Identify equipment-related issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
• Implement 5S and visual management systems to improve safety and efficiency.
• Manage multiple autonomous and preventive maintenance projects across sites.
• Integrate maintenance and workplace organization into broader quality strategies.
