Mexicali RTX Corporation is seeking a Specialist within the Global Supplier Development organization to drive supplier containment, capability improvement, and sustainable performance. The role is hands-on and cross-functional, supporting containment, supplier assessments, and structured improvement plans across global commodities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal and supplier containment actions with Operations and Quality, coordinating improvement plans and checkpoints.
• Conduct RRCA investigations to resolve critical quality or delivery issues and escalate to crisis mode if needed.
• Monitor KPIs to assess progress and determine exit criteria for containment efforts.
• Identify supplier sites and prioritize development aligned with risk and strategic needs, using OCRA for assessments.
• Engage suppliers with development roadmaps, training, and actions tied to maturity models; track KPIs and gate reviews.
• Collaborate with Commodity Managers and Engineering on supplier readiness for new programs and ramp-ups; monitor maturity and plan sustainment.
• Support supplier transitions and ensure smooth handover with minimal disruption; monitor maturity post-transition.
• Execute APQP for new product launches and transitions in line with internal units.
