Mexicali RTX Corporation seeks a Specialist in Global Supplier Development to drive recovery, containment, and continuous improvement across global commodities. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to deliver structured improvement plans.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, critical issue escalation, and alignment with business unit goals to ensure on-time delivery and sustainable supplier performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal and supplier containment actions with Operations and Quality.
• Conduct RRCA investigations to resolve critical quality or delivery issues.
• Monitor KPIs to assess containment progress and exit criteria.
• Lead supplier site identification and development aligned with risk and commodity needs.
• Engage suppliers with development roadmaps, training, and actions tied to maturity models.
• Coordinate with Commodity Managers and Engineering on readiness for new programs.
