Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a senior leader to drive the global analytics and decision intelligence agenda for Sourcing and Supply Planning.

You will partner with regional leaders, IT, and product teams to govern KPIs, shape data products in GCP and ARC, and deliver Looker experiences across the organization. The role leads analytics across supplier and factory performance, procurement, demand balancing, and inventory while guiding advanced AI-enabled solutions, scenario planning, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience across sourcing, procurement, supply planning, analytics and digital products.
• Strong knowledge of supplier and factory management, capacity and lead times, S&OP/S&OE.
• Hands-on fluency with SQL, data modeling, KPI definitions and dashboards.
• Experience shaping predictive, prescriptive and GenAI solutions connected to business decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own global Sourcing and Supply Planning analytics roadmap and priorities.
• Partner with IT Data & Analytics and Engineering to define data products and semantic models.
• Guide Looker/LookML governance and self-service analytics deployment.
• Lead scenario-planning and AI-agent solutions and drive adoption and value realization.
